Interest only and repayment mortgages are available, life assurance cover which is expensive is not normally required for non-resident mortgages.

We can also assist in finding derelict properties for renovation and also plots of land, with/without planning permission.

Income - There is a high demand to rent properties, especially those close to the coast. We can assist in marketing your property if you decide to rent.

Portugal and in particular The Algarve has seen a rapid increase in property prices in recent years. Whilst this should NOT be viewed as an indication of future trends and the basis of investing in Portugal, the following should be borne in mind:

This has kept demand high and prices buoyant.
